This section is about how we do what we do and about the tools any not-for-profit organization (NFP) may find useful.

So, are you wondering how, exactly, we do what we do?

Well, since we are a small, mission-driven, non-profit organization, we have the same needs for software as many of our clients. In fact, it is through solving many of these problems for ourselves that we recognize the widespread applicability and relevance of the tools we use to meet the needs of our clients. In this section we will describe not only what we can do for you, but also how we run our own organization.

First, however, some vocabulary might be useful, so that you can find what is relevant to you. This section will inform you about applications that are relevant to your personal computing needs, and those relevant to your organizational computing needs.
