We are attempting something new with this organization. Not only in what we are trying to achieve, but the manner in which we are trying to achieve it.

We are attempting to build capacity in the non-profit sector, to make organizations more robust and resilient in the face of all of the current challenges, to help mission-oriented groups get further in realizing their mission and reaching their constituents and beneficiaries. And since we are attempting it by do it in a novel way, as a low-cost, geographically scattered, environmentally-friendly, virtual-office-based organization, we are always interested in improving how we operate and communicate between ourselves and with our partners.
